Bookings, deposits and card details are handled by Fresha (opens in a new tab), the booking platform, under its own terms and privacy policy. This site never sees or stores your payment details.

Enquiries

Enquiries arrive by Instagram DM (@by.bbys), where messages are handled within Instagram under Meta's own terms.
