Do I need a patch test?

How should I arrive?
Clean, makeup-free lashes and no contact lenses. It protects your eyes and gives the adhesive the best possible bond.
How long do extensions last?
With good aftercare, until your infill window; book infills between 2 and 3 weeks after your set.
How often do I need infills?
Between 2 and 3 weeks after your set, with at least 40% of extensions remaining; below that, it is charged at the full set price. After two infills, the next appointment is a fresh set: old adhesive build-up weakens retention, and a reset keeps your lashes healthy and full.
What's a mini infill?
A £20 light touch-up for lashes that are still fresh, only available if your last set is no more than 8 days old.
Can you infill another technician's lashes?
No, I only infill my own work. I'll remove the existing set (£15) and start you fresh, so I can vouch for everything on your eyes.
How do I get lashes removed safely?
Book a removal (£5 for my work). Please don't pick or pull them at home; that's how natural lashes get damaged.
Can I wear makeup to the appointment?
Arrive makeup-free around the eyes.

Cancellation and late arrival
Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.
