New clients: please read this before booking. If something isn't covered here, message @by.bbys before you book.

Booking & deposit

A £15 deposit secures your appointment for certain services. Some services, for example French nail art and lash removal, do not take a deposit.

The remaining balance is settled on the day by bank transfer (preferred) or cash; please bring the exact amount.

Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.

Lateness & no-shows

Please message me if you're running late.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a late cancellation, the appointment will be cancelled, and the full appointment fee will remain payable.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full appointment fee becoming payable.

Guests

No extra guests, please; the space is set up for you and me.

Patch tests & suitability

Lash clients complete a form that asks whether they would like a patch test. If you are unsure, please message before booking.

Lash infill policy

Book infills between 2 and 3 weeks after your set; anything over 3 weeks is charged as a full set.

Maximum 2 infills per set, then a fresh set: adhesive build-up weakens retention, and a reset keeps your lashes healthy and full.

At least 40% of lashes must remain to be considered an infill. If less than 40% remains, it is charged at the full set price.

Mini infills (£20) are only available if your last set is no more than 8 days old.

Work by other technicians

I don't infill another technician's lashes. I'll remove the existing set (£15) and start you fresh, so I can vouch for everything on your eyes.

Nails: I don't work over another technician's product; nail services are fresh sets only.

Nail policy

Nail services are fresh sets only. To protect natural nail health and ensure consistent results, there are no infills: this prevents underlying lifting, trapped moisture, and product breakdown.

Nail repair is £2 per nail, as an add-on for any cracked or damaged nails before your new set.

Removal is £4 with a fresh set and £10 without one (£15 for another artist's product).

Detailed designs need the correct art tier booked. If you're unsure, DM @by.bbys with your inspo photo before booking.

Out-of-hours appointments

Out-of-hours and squeeze-in appointments are arranged by DM only and carry a £15 charge.

Refunds

No refunds on any services once completed. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment. After this period, I will not offer corrections, adjustments, or compensation.

Aftercare & results

Results depend on following the aftercare advice for your treatment. Retention and wear vary with lifestyle, medication and the condition of your natural lashes and nails.
