BY BBYS is a one-woman studio: every appointment, every lash and every nail is done by me, Anjee. I qualified in classic and volume lash extensions in 2022 with Harpers Beauty Academy (IPHM-accredited) and completed builder-gel training with tek. (ABT-accredited) in 2025. The business is insured through PolicyBee, and booking runs through Fresha, where clients have rated the studio 5.0 across 57 reviews.
My rules are stricter than most (fresh nail sets only, a two-infill cap on lashes) because keeping your natural lashes and nails healthy is the whole point. Sets that photograph well on day one and still look right at week three: that's the standard.

How appointments run
Appointments are one-to-one: no extra guests, the space set up for you. Lash clients arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and no contact lenses.

Cancellation and late arrival
Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.
Please message me if you're running late.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a late cancellation, the appointment will be cancelled, and the full appointment fee will remain payable.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full appointment fee becoming payable.
