Deposit & payment
£15 deposit. Secures your appointment for certain services; some, for example French nail art and lash removal, do not take a deposit. The balance is settled on the day by bank transfer (preferred) or cash, exact amount.
Nails: fresh sets only
No infills over old product; it protects your natural nail.
Lash infill window
Book infills between 2 and 3 weeks after your set; anything over 3 weeks is charged as a full set. Maximum 2 infills per set, then a fresh set: adhesive build-up weakens retention.
Patch tests
Lash clients complete a form that asks whether they would like a patch test. If you are unsure, please message before booking.
Cancellation
Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.
Lateness & no-shows
Please message me if you're running late. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a late cancellation, the appointment will be cancelled, and the full appointment fee will remain payable. Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full appointment fee becoming payable.
